I. INTRODUCTION

We are General Fashion Trading One Member Limited Liability Company (Company Registration 0314635071), with our registered office at 163 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 01, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

1.1. Matin Kim Vietnam is the official franchisee of the Matin Kim brand in the Vietnamese market. The website Matinkim.vn is the official website of Matin Kim Vietnam.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties, even of excerpts of the Terms and Conditions, for commercial purposes of providing goods or services is prohibited. Violations may be subject to legal action.
  

II. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions:
  • "Account" means the Matin Kim Vietnam access account that you will need to register on the website if you wish to become a member of Matin Kim Vietnam. This account also helps you easily check and track orders placed on the website.
  • "Working Day" means any working day, from Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays as determined by the company.
  • "Order Confirmation" means our email sent to you, in which we confirm your order has been successfully placed in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
  • "Contract" means your order for a Product or Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that we accept under clause 4.2 below.
  • "Customer" means any individual accessing or placing an order on the Website.
  • "Order" means an order submitted by you to the Website to purchase Products from us or our partners.
  • "You" means the individual placing an order on the Matin Kim Vietnam website.

References to "the terms" are the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of the Terms and Conditions.

Words denoting the gender shall include all genders, and references to persons shall include an individual, company, corporation, firm, or partnership.


 III. TERMS OF SALE

3.1 Registration

a) To place an order, you may or may not need to register an Account on the website. However, you must provide us with accurate and truthful information. You must also update your information by notifying us of any changes by contacting Matin Kim Vietnam Customer Service.

b) You must not misuse the website by creating multiple user accounts.

3.2 Formation of Contract

a) The information contained in the Terms and Conditions and the details on this website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to experience services. No contractual relationship regarding the Products exists between you and us until we ship the Products to your address.

b) To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Website. Thereafter, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

c) The Order is only considered fulfilled by us when your Order is delivered to the delivery address provided by you.

d) The Order shall only relate to those Products which we deliver to you. If your Order consists of multiple Products, the Products may still be delivered to you in separate packages at different times.

3.3 Price and Payment

While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices, and discount codes appearing on this website are accurate, errors may still occur. If we discover an error in the price or discount code of any Product you have ordered, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your Order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we deliver it and have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund (in accordance with company regulations).

a) Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) (if applicable) and are calculated in VND. Service fees will be charged additionally (if any); such additional fees are clearly displayed and included in the 'Total Order Value'.

b) We are under no obligation to fulfill your Order if we discover the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been confirmed by us).

c) You may pay by any payment method listed on our Homepage. Similarly, you may pay the full value of your order using e-gift cards, wallet credit, or promotional vouchers.

d) To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. When we receive your Order, we will request a pre-authorization on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check is completed. Your card will be charged after we send you the Order Confirmation. The card must be validated and authorized by the card issuer. If we do not receive the necessary authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

3.5 Rules for product arrangement/display on the Website

To provide a convenient shopping experience tailored to customer needs, products on the Website may be arranged and displayed according to different criteria from time to time, including but not limited to product newness, popularity, promotions, stock status, relevance to search queries, or other commercial criteria. The product display order may be adjusted, changed, or updated from time to time without prior notice.

The fact that a product is displayed in a higher or lower position does not mean that the product is of better or worse quality than other products. Sales prices, offers, stock availability, and information related to the products are applied according to the information displayed on the Website at the time the customer places the order.

3.6 Refusal of Orders

We reserve the right to withdraw any product, as well as correct any materials or content on this website.
 
We always strive to fulfill all Orders and satisfy every customer, but in some exceptional cases, we are forced to refuse to process an Order even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation email.
 
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders for customers who violate any part of the Terms and Conditions stated above without prior notice.
 
If we cancel your Order while it has already been paid for, the payment amount will be fully refunded to you within the stipulated time.
 
We will not be liable to you or any other third party for our withdrawal of any Product from this website, whether or not it has been sold, nor for our right to remove or edit any materials or content on this website, or to refuse to process or accept an Order.


 

 IV. DELIVERY POLICY

4.1. We always strive to deliver Products to the delivery location requested in the Order, and within the delivery time committed by us at the time of your order payment (as updated in the Order Confirmation Email).
 
4.2 We will notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date within the scope permitted by law. We will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery.

4.3 Upon delivery, you may be required to sign for receipt. Please contact support@matinkim.vn or call us at: 1900 63 64 01 in case of any errors, defects, or damages. You may be required to provide the documents delivered with the Products upon request.

4.4 In case delivery is delayed due to your breach of the Terms and Conditions: From the time of the breach, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Products. We regret that any violation by you may affect your ability to shop on www.matinkim.vn in the future.


V. RETURN POLICY

 5.1 If you are not completely satisfied with the products and services provided by us, you may return the product within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. Provided that the Product is unused, the Product tags are intact, not lost or tampered with, and the product must be in its original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy only applies to products not included in the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our Website.
 
5.2 You need to ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as when you received it and is properly packaged. In the event that the item is returned in an unsuitable condition affecting the product quality, we reserve the right to refuse to process the return and will send the Product back to you.
 
5.3 In some cases, payment/cancellation and return policies for certain products may differ from the standard terms and conditions stated here. We will announce special conditions in the product details section.
 

VI. INVOICE REQUEST
 

When you require an invoice, please select Request VAT invoice and provide the corresponding information on the Checkout page during the ordering process on the Matinkim.vn website.

The time for issuing the invoice is within 10 - 15 days from the date you register for an invoice with Matin Kim Vietnam.

Note: Invoice requests must be submitted from the time you place your order until before successful receipt of goods. After this time, invoice requests may not be processed.
