II. POLICY ON GOODS INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

The sole shipping partner of Matin Kim Vietnam is Nhat Tin Logistics.

To ensure maximum protection of customer rights when shopping at Matin Kim, Matin Kim, in coordination with Nhat Tin Logistics, provides a joint inspection service upon delivery as follows:

- You have the right to request the delivery personnel to open the seal of the Matin Kim package to inspect the quantity, color, category, size, and appearance of the purchased products before accepting them. (Note: Joint inspection only applies to visual inspection and does not apply to testing/trying out the products).

- If you are not satisfied with the product or find it defective, and the order is paid via COD, you may return the product to the delivery personnel at no additional cost.

- If you are not satisfied with the product or find it defective, but have already paid online, you may return the product to the delivery personnel and contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with a refund at no additional cost.

- In the event that the delivery personnel refuses to allow you to inspect the goods, please report this to the Matin Kim Customer Service Department through the following channels:

+ Message us via the Matin Kim Vietnam Fanpage

We will request the delivery personnel to redeliver to you and guarantee that you will be allowed to inspect the goods.

- If you are satisfied with the condition of the delivered product and agree to purchase it, please sign the joint inspection report. By signing the joint inspection report confirming your satisfaction with the product condition, you acknowledge that you have completed the inspection and finalized the purchase.

III. DELIVERY TIME POLICY

* Packing and handover time to Nhat Tin Logistics: Orders will be handed over to the carrier within 24 hours of successful placement (excluding Sundays).

* Delivery time:

Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) with the following estimated timeframes:

In Hanoi:

- Inner city areas: Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Thanh Xuan, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Hoang Mai, Ha Dong, Long Bien, Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem districts.

- Outer city areas: Ba Vi, Chuong My, Dan Phuong, Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Me Linh, My Duc, Phu Xuyen, Phuc Tho, Quoc Oai, Soc Son, Thach That, Thanh Oai, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Ung Hoa districts, and Son Tay Town.

In Ho Chi Minh City:

- Inner city areas: Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap.

- Outer city areas: Districts 9, 12, Binh Tan, Thu Duc, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Cu Chi, Can Gio districts.

In other provinces/cities: Depending on the service coverage of the carrier.

* How to track your order: To track your order status, please visit here 24 hours after placing your order (excluding Sundays), enter your order code (format: MK-100XXX) in the "Enter tracking number" box, and select Search.

Note: Tracking before this time may not yield results as the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier and is not updated in the system.

IV. SHIPPING FEE POLICY

The shipping fee for standard orders on the Matinkim.vn website is a flat rate of 40,000 VND/order, applicable nationwide. Free nationwide shipping for orders from 990,000 VND.

The shipping fee for each order will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page after you enter your delivery address and before you click "Complete Order".

For returns/exchanges: All return/exchange costs are free. The process of retrieving the old product and exchanging for the new one will take place simultaneously. Joint inspection of the product between the Customer and Nhat Tin Logistics is mandatory upon receipt of the exchanged product to ensure the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.
